Was delayed coming home day by a helicopter picking up an injured person. The driver of a car did not negotiate a curve in the road and ended up in a field. The single occupant was transported to the hospital by helicopter.
I hope that the driver was OK in the end. Sometimes life is like being in a movie. This week I was on a streetcar that was boarded by 6 police officers. They arrested the guy sitting across the aisle from us for possession of a weapon. First, they cleared a few people off the streetcar, presumably so that they could not be taken hostage. There were handcuffs and everything. It was awesome.
