Pender Island wedding

Pender Island is a Southern Gulf Island. It took us 2 hrs by BC Ferries to get to this little paradise. What a wonderful place for a wedding.

New patio continues

Construction on the patio began last year and continues. Dave tells me that the square footage of the patio is more than the house. Dave likes to build big things.

Yarrow Eco-Village

Within our little village there is another village. Yarrow EcoVillage CoHousing had an open house and we wandered through to see what is going on. There are 30 residences surrounded by an organic farm.

Returning to running

It's about time that I get back on the road. I signed up for my first half marathon (21.1k) in 5 years and completed the Run for Water in May.

Easter in Kaslo

We drove 9 hours to Kaslo pulling a loaded trailer with materials for a new deck and enough windows and doors to outfit a little house across from the lake.
